Account Manager - TENTENS Tech

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with a premium user base
• Provide end-to-end user support, resolving daily requests and complex cases
• Manage communication via email, online chats, and calls
• Utilize AI and automation tools to optimize routine tasks
• Act as the voice of the user by providing product insights to the team

Requirements

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken)
• 2+ years of experience in customer support, account management, sales, or customer success
• Experience with premium/VIP or high-value clients is highly valued
• Ability to write personalized, engaging communications
• Ability to work evening shifts (16:00-00:00) on a 5/2 schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Western markets (USA, Canada, Europe)
• Experience with Zendesk or similar tools
