Your Role

As Account Manager (w/m/d) Full-Service Leasing Automotive in Field Service , your goal is to expand and transform our successful fleet leasing business within our partnership with Ford. You actively and independently identify and acquire new customers in your sales region, aiming to build long-term business relationships. From your home office, you will also manage relationships with key existing customers, develop needs analyses, and provide comprehensive advice across all areas. You will receive support from our qualified inside sales team.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Sales experience and success, preferably in acquiring and managing large customers at an automotive leasing company or manufacturer in the passenger car and transporter sector
• Excellent knowledge of leasing/full-service leasing
• High IT affinity, strong numeracy skills, and advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Consulting orientation with the ability to effectively manage relationships
• Strong analytical skills and a structured working style
• Excellent communication skills, including in English
• High level of initiative, planning, and organizational skills to actively work from your home office
