Your Mission

As a Financial Accountant in the Administration department within Finance, you ensure the proper and efficient handling of all accounting processes. In this role, you take responsibility for day‑to‑day financial accounting operations, support the preparation of financial statements and tax filings, and work closely with internal interfaces as well as our subsidiaries. You will report directly to the CFO.

• Erstellung der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung mittels DATEV
• Mitwirkung bei der Anlagenbuchhaltung sowie bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Verantwortung für Rechnungsprüfung und Zahlungsverkehr
• Überprüfung der Abrechnungen unserer Tochtergesellschaften
• Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, OSS-Meldungen, ZM usw.
• Kassenbuchführung
• Bearbeitung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens
• Prüfung und Abwicklung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
• Rechnungsprüfung
• Sicherstellung einer sorgfältigen, strukturierten und termingerechten Abwicklung aller buchhalterischen Prozesse
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen innerhalb der Administration und des Finance‑Umfelds
• Die Ausübung der Rolle ist in Voll‑ oder Teilzeit möglich

How you can convince us of your qualities

• Completed vocational training as a tax clerk, tax specialist, certified accountant, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in accounting
• Sound knowledge of accounting, VAT, and ideally income tax law
• Ability to independently and confidently handle international matters, particularly VAT‑related aspects
• Proficient in using DATEV Accounting, DATEV Fixed Asset Accounting, and MS Office, especially Excel
• Independent, structured, and meticulous way of working
• High level of quality awareness, sense of responsibility, discretion, and reliability
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and commitment
