We are looking for an Accountant (all genders) to join us for a two-year period as a parental leave replacement. You can look forward to a wide range of responsibilities, a supportive team with a structured onboarding process, and the opportunity to continuously expand your accounting expertise. Although this is a fixed‑term position, we place great importance on the long‑term development of our employees.

Your tasks

• You support our team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS.
• You prepare financial data for reports and analyses, helping to ensure that key business metrics are presented clearly and transparently.
• You handle invoicing and support the monitoring of outstanding receivables.
• You review incoming invoices and work with the team to ensure smooth payment processing.
• You assist with tax filings and the documentation of relevant business transactions.
• You collaborate with various departments and gain insight into the financial processes of a modern company.
• If you’re interested, you can also gain valuable insights into controlling and reporting topics.

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training or hold a degree with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
• You enjoy working with numbers and analytical challenges.
• You have a good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience with SAP.
• You work in a structured and detail‑oriented manner.
• You are open‑minded, a team player, and eager to learn new topics and gain valuable experience in a professional finance environment.
• You have excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
