Accounting Clerk, Accountant – Internal Financial Accounting

Stellenbeschreibung:

Independently handle the complete financial accounting for our company using digital solutions
Payment processing, management of open items (accounts receivable/payable) and dunning/collection processes
Prepare travel expense reports for executive management and review employees' travel expense claims
Prepare the annual financial statements in close coordination with management
Act as an interface between financial accounting and payroll accounting for inquiries and reconciliations
Correspond with insurers and professional chambers and prepare various statistical reports

Requirements

Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on financial accounting or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in financial accounting and solid knowledge of German Commercial Law (HGB)
Confident user of DATEV and MS Excel; openness to digitized, automated processes and enthusiasm for using AI tools
Structured, reliable and meticulous working style with a high sense of responsibility
Enjoy working in a dynamic, digital environment and willingness to adapt flexibly to new challenges
