Accounting Clerk – all genders

• In our Finance team, you will be responsible for accounting for Germany and Austria.
• You will post and review accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
• By monitoring incoming and outgoing payments, you ensure smooth payment processing.
• You will support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• You will assist with tax-related matters such as VAT advance returns and EC Sales List (ZM) reporting.
• Participation in ongoing financial accounting projects and contributing to process optimization complete your responsibilities.

Requirements

• You have completed commercial training or hold a comparable qualification.
• You have at least 1 year of experience in accounting and are confident using common MS Office programs.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage but not required — we will train you.
• You are a communicative team player — we support each other in the team.
• You are well organized and enjoy working in a hybrid environment.
• Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and a quick grasp characterize you.
• English skills are desirable; otherwise we will introduce you to the key terms.
