Accounting Specialist (all genders)

Your Tasks

You will be at the heart of the Global Finance Services Europe, responsible for the operational business in the role of a business partner. Improving Accounting processes and systems to gain global efficiencies. Working in an international team on accounting topics, standardization, digitalization and automation within SAP and connected tools and additional solutions.

• Being responsible for the operations of Accounts Receivable (O2C) from the accounting-content as well as system/process point of view
• Cooperation and Coordination of the Back-Office team at our 3rd party Shared Service Center
• Participation in projects to improve accounting processes
• Performing of accounting transactions in ERP system
• Daily communication in the role of a business partner with other departments
• (depending on the project: Accounting, Controlling Procurement, Customer Service etc.) as well as with Headquarter functions

Your Profile

• Apprenticeship (Industrial clerk, IT clerk, Office clerk or similar) or a study degree in economics, accounting or other finance field with at least several years practical experience in accounting operations
• Deep knowledge of SAP (FI) and of Accounting processes in the P2P/O2C and R2R a plus
• Experience in project management favorable
• Structured and analytical working style
• Strong communication skills
• Team spirit and initiative, international mindset
• Fluency in English and Italian
