Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie:Record and post credit and debit business transactions, in particular incoming invoices taking into account local VAT regulationsSupport projects to further develop and implement the global and regional Business Services for FinanceSupport project activities to optimize, prepare and test Finance and Accounting processes and to prepare and implement the new ERP system landscape for FinanceSupport the monthly, quarterly and annual general ledger and closing activities and prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS, local commercial and tax lawPost and monitor payments and prepare payment runsManage open items incl. clarification of differences, permanent reconciliation of general ledger and sub-ledgersSupport the preparation of reporting packages and reporting analysesCollaborate cross-functionally with the EU business functions, local Finance Directors and local Finance and business staffWas Sie mitbringen sollten:Successfully completed studies in Business Administration or a successfully completed Finance-related professional educationAt least 3 years of experience in general ledger and sub-ledger AccountingExperience in financial audit and/or experience in Finance-, Accounting-, or tax-related advisory is an advantageExperience in project work (project management not necessarily required) and/or the environment of global business services, shared services or in transformation contexts is an advantageVery good (business) English and German language skillsVery good knowledge of SAP R/3, SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA and MS-OfficeGood knowledge of IFRS, good knowledge of HGB and international VAT law desirableGood communication skills applied in a predominantly English-speaking international work environmentHigh customer orientation and ability to work in teamsAffinity to work in an international, cross-functional and dynamic environmentReliable and proactive way of workingWir freuen uns auf SIE !Bereitgestellt in Kooperation mit der Bundesagentur für Arbeit.
