Accounts Payable Accountant / Kreditorenbuchhalter (m/f/d)

To support the ongoing build‑up of our accounting organization, we are strengthening our Accounts Payable function.

This role focuses on ensuring stable and reliable daily operations while contributing to the further development and structuring of accounting processes in a growing environment with increasing transaction volumes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute daily Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor master data.
2. Ensure accurate posting of incoming invoices, including account assignment, cost centers, and tax handling.
3. Apply internal accounting policies and payment terms reliably.
4. Support the stabilization and improvement of Accounts Payable processes.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth workflows.
6. Work in compliance with HGB and IFRS.

Job Qualifications

• Relevant hands‑on experience in Accounts Payable.
• Solid practical knowledge of HGB and/or IFRS.
• Structured and reliable working style with attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
• Fluent in German and English.
• Valid work authorization for Germany.
