Here's What You Can Expect

• Check, code, and post incoming invoices
• Create, check and record payment runs in the accounting system
• Reconcile the general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, and general ledger accounts independently
• Low-value assets and fixed assets
• Posting and reconciling salary accounts
• Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Record provisions and actively support budget planning

You Bring The Following With You

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on finance or accounting
• At least 3 years of professional experience – preferably in accounts payable
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, desirable: MS Dynamics Navision / Business Central
• An independent, reliable and results-oriented work style
• Self-initiative, team spirit and a hands‑on mentality
• Good understanding of journal entries and account management
