Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d) near Venlo

In this role you will ensure accurate supplier invoicing and timely payments within a fast-paced head office. You will work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance to resolve discrepancies and maintain supplier data. You’ll be a contact point for AP inquiries, upholding internal controls and process quality. • Process and verify supplier invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with cross-functional stakeholders
• Serve as main AP contact for internal and supplier queries
• Maintain and update supplier master data, including bank details
• Reconcile supplier ledger accounts and monitor timely payment execution
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs

• Strong numerical aptitude and structured, detail-oriented approach
• Relevant experience in accounting/finance, ideally Accounts Payable
• Completed commercial or financial qualification, or several years of practical finance experience
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
