Responsibilities

• Serve as the contact person for the field service team
• Independently and efficiently plan and process daily tasks
• Ensure timely and courteous responses to inquiries regarding power outages and restoration in direct customer contact
• Make independent and solution-oriented decisions regarding payment agreements
• Support research, customer transfers, and access claims

Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or training as a legal assistant/notary clerk (Rechtsanwalts- bzw. Notarfachangestellter)
• Ideally first work experience in receivables management, dunning, or handling open items
• Solid knowledge in using SAP
• Proficient in common MS Office applications
• Structured, careful and prudent working style
• Strong communication skills and a confident manner
• Working time model: 38 hours per week
