Acoustic Engineer Loudspeaker Systems (m/w/d)

Your tasks

• Drive the creation of next‑generation audio products across categories and price tiers, pushing the boundaries of sound performance
• Own acoustic concepts end‑to‑end — from vision and prototyping to validation and final performance tuning
• Define and challenge acoustic specifications through hands‑on measurements, data‑driven analysis, and deep system understanding
• Shape the sound signature through critical listening, combining cutting‑edge DSP with electroacoustic excellence
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams, contribute to product concepts, and communicate progress, risks, and insights to stakeholders

Your profile

• 5 years of experience in acoustic development, with strong expertise in measurement techniques and trained listening skills
• Solid ability to assess loudspeaker performance and identify, analyze, and resolve acoustic issues
• In‑depth knowledge of transducer and enclosure design, supported by experience with modern measurement systems (e.g., Klippel, CLIO) and simulation tools (e.g., LspCAD, AKABAK, VituixCAD)
• Good understanding of DSP‑based audio processing, with the capability to develop signal‑processing solutions for optimized system performance
• Structured, self‑driven working style combined with strong communication skills, a passion for high‑quality audio products, and fluency in English (German is a plus)
