Requirements

High school diploma/GED required
Customer service skills or knowledge of patient financial services
Experience with insurance industry processes normally acquired over one or more years of work experience
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Strong knowledge in the use of common office software, word processing, spreadsheet, database software, and typing ability required
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card needed for specific clinical settings
