Adjunct Faculty, Operations Management, Accounting and Finance

Responsibilities

• Teach remotely in the Operations program at UMGC.
• Deliver courses on Foundations of Project Management, Operations Management, Sustainability Management, Quality in the Value Chain, and Supply Chain.
• Engage students through frequent interaction and provide feedback on their work.
• Guide students in collaboration and application of their learning in problem- and project-based learning.
• Provide feedback to the program chair on possible curricular improvements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher learning.
• Professional experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred.
• Terminal degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher learning is preferred.
