Your tasks with us…

• Order processing and tracking
• Order processing and master data maintenance - modern and digital with ERP, CRM and DMS system
• confident contact person for our customers at home and abroad
• Close cooperation with the sales force and related departments
• Preparation & evaluation of statistics

You will fit in best with us if you…

• have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• have experience in order processing (no catalog goods - only customer-specific items)
• have knowledge of a merchandise management system and CRM
• be able to communicate in German (very good) and English (solid basic knowledge)
• act with confidence in a target and results-oriented manner and enjoy being part of a team
