Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the entire management team, enabling leaders to focus on strategic and operational priorities.
• Managing the shipment and receipt of goods, including handling products that require specialized documentation and permits (e.g., batteries and other regulated materials).
• Preparing and coordinating customs documentation to ensure compliant and timely international shipments.
• Processing travel expenses and travel-related administrative tasks in accordance with company policies and legal compliance.
• Coordinating various administrative processes that require extensive organizational knowledge and interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing team assets

Qualifications

• Experience in business administration
• Fluent in German and English
