This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced AdTech professional to shape the technology roadmap, lead a high-performing team, and drive operational excellence across digital campaigns for a portfolio of major automotive brands. Key Responsibilities Lead the AdTech strategy, infrastructure, and operational delivery across multiple European markets. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing AdTech and Ad Operations team while optimising resources and workflows. Establish best-in-class quality assurance processes to ensure flawless campaign execution across leading AdTech platforms. Develop strategic partnerships with media owners and technology vendors, negotiating commercial agreements that maximise campaign value. Collaborate with media, data, client, and agency teams to drive innovation, governance, and digital maturity. What You'll Bring Extensive experience in Ad Operations, AdTech, or Digital Media Technology, including leadership responsibility. Deep knowledge of Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, Meta, data governance, and digital verification technologies. Proven experience implementing operational frameworks, quality assurance, and scalable AdTech processes. Fluent English with the ability to communicate technical concepts confidently to senior stakeholders.
