As an Advanced MES Consultant, you will drive MES strategies and implementations for leading life sciences companies across Europe. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into robust MES architectures and integrations, supporting global programs from design to optimization. • Advise on MES strategy, architecture, and implementation approaches
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes in life sciences
• Lead or support MES projects across local and global programs
• Gather requirements and translate to functional/technical solutions
• Support vendor evaluations and solution selection processes
• Design and support MES-ERP integrations (e.g., SAP) and automation interfaces
• Collaborate with production, engineering, automation, quality, and IT
• Prepare project documentation and ensure regulatory alignment
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous development within the team

• Degree within IT, Engineering, Science, or related field
• Experience with MES in regulated production environments
• Hands-on with PAS X, Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk PharmaSuite, or Tulip
• Understanding of life sciences manufacturing processes
• Strong IT/OT manufacturing architecture knowledge
• Experience integrating MES with ERP systems like SAP and level 2 automation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in German and English (business level in German)
