Affiliate & Influencer Coordinator

Stellenbeschreibung:

Research, identify, and recruit creators, influencers, affiliates, and partners aligned with target markets and business objectives
Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, deliverables, timelines, compensation models, and affiliate commission structures
Develop creative briefs
Review partner content and deliverables for brand alignment, accuracy, and quality
Track and analyze campaign performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, and affiliate revenue
Report on ROI and optimize future initiatives
Monitor influencer marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging creators
Build product and technical expertise to communicate credibly with creators
Collaborate with the remote, global Marketing team across countries and time zones

Requirements

Strong outreach and partnership development skills
Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing external partnerships
Affiliate, performance partnership, and influencer marketing knowledge
Social media platform expertise (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Podcasts)
Technical aptitude to understand and communicate product features, benefits, and use cases
Project management and stakeholder coordination
Performance tracking, analytics, and ROI measurement
Excellent written and spoken English
Additional languages are a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability and willingness to work in an environment where priorities can evolve quickly
Previous remote job experience
