Our Global Vision

We are looking for pioneers with an international perspective to help us lay the foundation for Xiaomi EV’s success gloabally

Responsibilities:

• Build aftersales training system and processes tailored for the European market
• Execute and deploy European market aftersales training

Requirements:

• 3+ years of aftersales training management experience at European automotive sales companies or European brand headquarters
• Experience as lead of service training team is preferred
