Overview

In this role you design AI-driven target architectures and integrate agentic platforms into enterprise landscapes to deliver scalable business impact. You work with cross-functional teams to translate business intent into concrete, testable specifications for autonomous software and AI agents. You will help shape governance, security, and observability for enterprise AI systems while communicating architectures to technical and business stakeholders. Verantwortungsbereiche

Design AI-driven target architectures including LLM orchestration and agentic AI concepts
Develop rule sets, toolchains, evaluation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for coding agents across the SDLC
Build modern software delivery approaches (DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing) in an enterprise context
Collaborate with clients to translate business intents into precise agent-executable specifications
Contribute to evaluation and governance mechanisms ensuring security, transparency, and enterprise compliance
Communicate architectures and results clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders

Zentrale Anforderungen

Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex)
Understanding of agent loops, evaluation and observability, MCP, deep agents, AI-native architectures
Willingness to travel and work in interdisciplinary, global teams
Fluent in German and English
