AI & AUTOMATION ENGINEER (M/F/D)
in Munich, Berlin, or remote

Responsibilities

Artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing the way law firms and consulting firms operate. At BBH, we are actively driving this transformation—pragmatically, with a user-centric approach, and with a clear focus on delivering real added value.

For our Digital & AI Office, we are looking for a curious and technically skilled individual who can translate business requirements into intelligent automation, AI applications, and agent solutions.

• You translate business requirements from legal, auditing, tax, and consulting into technical solutions
• You design, develop, and operate AI applications, automations, and agent systems for production use
• You implement workflows and automations using technologies such as Power Automate, Make, n8n, Copilot Studio, or comparable platforms
• You develop integrations between business applications, Microsoft 365, document management systems, and AI models via APIs and interfaces
• You work with modern LLM technologies and assist in building RAG solutions, knowledge assistants, and AI agents
• You evaluate new technologies, develop prototypes, and transition successful solutions into production
• You will work closely with business units, IT, and external partners and support the rollout of new solutions through to successful adoption

Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Computer Science, Data Science, or a comparable field of study, or possess an equivalent qualification
• Ideally, you have 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
• You are proficient in Python; knowledge of .NET/C# is a plus
• You have gained initial hands-on experience with AI technologies, such as LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, or agent frameworks
• You are familiar with modern automation platforms such as Power Automate, Make, n8n, or similar tools
• You have experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Git and modern development tools are part of your daily routine
• Initial experience with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or the Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
• You communicate clearly and can explain technical concepts in a way that’s understandable to non-technical stakeholders
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) round out your profile
