AI Automation Specialist (Claude & Accounting Workflows)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered bookkeeping and accounting agents using Claude and related technologies
• Develop intelligent workflows that automate repetitive accounting and operational processes
• Build modular, multi-agent systems that work together as a scalable platform
• Continuously identify opportunities to expand automation and improve business efficiency
• Rapidly translate business ideas into practical, production-ready AI solutions
• Build AI systems to automate transaction coding and categorization
• Create workflows for bookkeeping, receipt processing, client information gathering, and other accounting tasks
• Integrate AI solutions with accounting platforms like Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, etc.
• Support ongoing evolution of an AI-first accounting platform
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize and deliver new AI capabilities

Requirements

• Proven experience building AI-powered workflows, agents, or automation systems (at least 2-3 years)
• Strong experience with Claude and Claude Code
• Experience designing and deploying agent-based or multi-agent systems
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development
• Experience building practical AI solutions for real business environments
• Hands‑on experience with Python, APIs, workflow automation platforms, and system integrations
• Strong understanding of workflow architecture, process optimization, and systems design
• Ability to independently design, build, deploy, and continuously improve automation solutions
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
