Tasks

• Make videos with AI all day.
• Generate launch content for every feature shipped; create trend‑driving AI video content that catches musicians scrolling at 1am.
• Act as the #1 power user, living inside the company and the AI video ecosystem and turning discoveries into content that makes musicians stop scrolling.
• Create short‑form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and YouTube demos/tutorials: several pieces a week, ideated, made, and edited by you.
• Own launch content for new features: demos, tutorials, before/afters, hype clips.
• Ride emerging waves: new model drops, viral formats, AI video discourse—always with the company spin.
• Test hooks and formats, analyze metrics, double down on what works.
• Feed learnings directly back into the product with the founder and the engineering team.

Requirements

• Portfolio‑first hiring: your AI content and accounts prove your fit more than a CV.
• Fluent with AI creative tools – video models (Kling, Veo, Runway, Sora… ), image models, AI music tools (Suno, Udio).
• Deep knowledge of short‑form video: hooks, pacing, captions, sound.
• Fast, self‑directed, high‑output mindset; "done and posted" beats "perfect and pending."
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate; in‑office presence required.

Bonus Points (Nice, Not Required)

• Editing or motion‑design skills – CapCut fine, After Effects/Premiere/DaVinci even better.
• Music‑video background: directed, edited, VJ’d, or shot for artists.
• Creates music yourself.
• Has grown a social account of their own.
