AI Expert - Advanced Driving System

You join the Automotive Engineering Lab to push AI solutions for safer automated driving from L2 to L4. You will influence applied AI for autonomous driving and shape architectures for deployment across diverse ODDs. Your work sits at the intersection of cutting-edge research and real-world product deployment. • Explore and deliver AI solutions to enable safer advanced driving functions from L2 to L4
• Influence the field of applied AI for autonomous driving/robotics and drive technology development
• Design technical architectures tailored for deployment across multiple ODDs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into deployable automotive AI solutions
• Lead and motivate team members to advance innovation and execution

• Master's or Ph.D. in CS, EE, ML or related field
• 5+ years in the ADAS/ADS field with product deployment experience across different ODDs
• Experience implementing AI technologies for autonomous driving/robotics (end-to-end models, VLA, world models, RL); safety experience is a plus
• Proactive attitude; professional-level English; German and/or Chinese preferred
• Willingness to work abroad up to 25%
