AI Go-to-Market Insurance DACH Lead/Managing Consultant (w/m/x)

As Senior Consultant, you will shape AI go-to-market strategies for insurers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll partner with Sales, Industry Leaders, and technology partners to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps. You’ll help with presales, craft business cases, and contribute to differentiated AI solutions while ensuring responsible AI and regulatory alignment. • Support AI go-to-market strategy for the DACH region
• Build relationships with business, tech, data, and transformation stakeholders
• Identify and shape AI opportunities aligned with client priorities
• Facilitate workshops to define high-value AI and Generative AI use cases across functions
• Develop business cases, value propositions, and transformation roadmaps
• Support presales activities including proposals, presentations, and demonstrations
• Contribute to new offerings like agentic AI and AI-enabled services
• Collaborate with AI, cloud, and InsurTech partners to create differentiated solutions
• Conduct market, competitor, and technology research and contribute to thought leadership
• Support pipeline development and provide transparency on opportunities and next steps
• Ensure responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary and international teams

• 6+ years in consulting, professional services, technology, or insurance with client-facing experience
• 3+ years working with AI, data, analytics, automation, or digital transformation
• Practical experience with Generative AI, AI agents, or related applications
• 3+ years of insurance industry experience via consulting, transformation, or industry roles
• Understanding of insurance value chains and core processes
• Experience with presales, workshops, proposals, or client presentations
• Experience developing business cases or transformation roadmaps
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in German and English; willingness to work across DACH and Europe
