AI Innovation Specialist (d/f/m)

Developing the agency’s AI vision and prioritizing projects with the greatest impact on day-to-day work.

Collaborating closely with Creation, Strategy, Media, and Project Management to identify needs early on and translate them into solutions.

Building context and knowledge architectures, prompt systems, and agent workflows that are robust and reusable.

Quickly bringing ideas to life through in-house prototypes and demos, as well as helping to shape the architecture when these evolve into tools.

Designing and conducting workshops and onboarding sessions that make AI accessible to everyone.

Convincingly presenting ideas and roadmaps to the team and executive management.

Your profile:

You use AI extensively every day and are always up to date on the latest developments.

You understand code and software architecture well enough to build prototypes yourself using AI coding tools and to speak with developers as an equal. You also tinker with your own projects in your free time.

You think through the entire process—from the problem to the finished solution—and stay with it until it’s actually being used.

You enjoy sharing your knowledge and inspiring even those who have been skeptical of AI up until now.

You have a knack for UX and are curious about how creative work functions.

You’re based in Hamburg, speak German at a native level, and are business-fluent in English.
