What you’ll do

• Take charge of the AI product strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product features and enhance user experience.
• Manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch and beyond, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, specifically in AI or data-driven products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI products in a healthcare or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
