Your Responsibilities:
- AI Strategy & Governance: Developing and managing a group-wide AI strategy that is economically sound and technologically sustainable
- Establishing an AI governance framework, including ethics guidelines, data policies, and compliance requirements (EU AI Act)
- Prioritizing AI use cases based on value contribution, feasibility, and risk
- Transformation & Change Management: Leading cultural and organizational change in the context of AI implementation
- Developing change programs that engage, train, and empower employees (reskilling, AI literacy)
- Stakeholder management at all levels: Executive Board, management, and workforce
- Operational implementation: Building and leading an interdisciplinary AI team (process experts, change managers)
- Managing external partners, startups, and technology providers
- Piloting, scaling, and measuring the success of AI applications (OKRs, ROI, social KPIs)
Here’s what will define your success in the first few months:
- A clear overview of the AI maturity level of internal processes, as well as the identification of relevant stakeholders and areas for action across our various departments
- Building your internal network within the company and launching successful pilot projects that already deliver quick wins
- Developing a long-term AI strategy for the existing process landscape and fostering strategic competence development across the departments
- Demonstrable value creation through AI and the sustainable embedding of an AI-oriented and innovation-driven mindset and way of working in our corporate culture

Your Profile:
- A successfully completed degree in, for example, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in implementing digital/AI solutions from a process management perspective in complex industrial companies or medium-sized manufacturing firms
- In-depth understanding of AI technologies (ML, generative AI, automation)—without necessarily having to code yourself
- Practical experience with common AI and automation tools is a plus
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, project portfolio management, and transformation and change management
- Very good and fluent command of German and English
- A digital mindset that combines entrepreneurial thinking with a long-term vision for shaping the future
- Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills with all stakeholders within the company—from the shop floor to the board of directors
- A high degree of empathy and the ability to build trust during change processes
