AI Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Master the tools. You'll develop deep, hands‑on proficiency with Claude: prompt engineering, context management, multi-step reasoning, structured outputs, agentic workflows.
• Deliver. Support enterprise pilot launches — from first claim to full operational rollout. You'll be in the room when things go wrong, and you'll be the one who fixes them.
• Build. Every manual process is a target. You'll map workflows, identify failure points, and design automated systems that don't need babysitting.
• Scale. Once something works, your job is to make it run without you. You'll identify bottlenecks, compress cycle times, and hand off systems that are documented, reliable, and ready for the next 10x of volume.
• (Internship) to Year 1 to Year 2+. You're in the details: processing claims, supporting client reviews, building fully automated workflows. You're in C-level meetings, business model exposure, full pilot lifecycle — but you earn it through operational results.

Requirements

• Top academic track record or equivalent proof of raw horsepower
• 0-3 years of experience in high-intensity environments: consulting, banking, or a BizOps / strategy role at a VC-backed startup
• Real proficiency with Claude or comparable frontier AI tools — you've used them extensively, you know how to prompt well, and you have an intuition for where they fail
• Structured, analytical thinking; comfortable building models, interpreting data, and turning outputs into decisions
• Strong project management instincts — you track what's moving, flag what's stuck, and close the loop without being asked
• Exceptional written and verbal communication — you can write a crisp client memo and a clear internal Slack message with equal ease
• German and English fluency
