Job Description

Ready to shape the future of AI‑enabled Software Quality? Join our agile software team and help transform how software quality is engineered. We are building AI‑powered verification workflows and exploring how generative AI can accelerate software testing, automation, defect analysis, and software delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a cross-functional agile team of product owners, software developers, verification specialists, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality software for device integration and cell factory applications
• Drive the adoption, implementation, and scaling of AI‑powered tools and workflows across our software verification lifecycle
• Leverage generative AI to enhance test design, test automation, defect analysis, documentation, and verification efficiency
• Coordinate verification activities, design and maintain automated test suites, and ensure software quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Work closely with developers to resolve findings and accelerate issue resolution using AI‑assisted and data‑driven approaches

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Quality Management or similar
• AI‑first‑mindset, whether through intelligent automation, agent‑based systems, prompt engineering, or generative AI applications, and motivation to transfer this experience into AI‑driven software verification and quality engineering
• Experience in Software Verification or Software Testing
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks
• The motivation to improve engineering processes through automation and AI
• Fluent English skills, a passion for innovation, and the motivation to improve engineering processes through automation and AI
