AI Product Engineer – Agentic Experience (all genders)

In this role you will shape agentic AI experiences that touch millions of guests and thousands of hosts. You’ll own outcomes end-to-end, shipping AI-enabled features from idea to production and measuring real customer impact. You’ll work on multi-agent systems with tool calling and handoffs, prioritizing what to automate and how to connect agents to the platform. • Own outcomes from problem to production, deciding what to build and how to ship
• Ship quickly with a focus on customer impact and measurable results
• Develop multi-agent system code with tool calling and handoffs for real conversations
• Determine which conversations are worth automating and design solutions accordingly
• Use the Model Context Protocol to stitch agents into the platform across several repos
• Advocate for better tooling when warranted and communicate through code and documents

• 2–5 years of backend development experience
• Track record of shipping features end-to-end in production
• Fluency with AI coding tools like Claude Code
• Strong fundamentals in Kotlin (language priority)
