AI /Software Engineer

Overview

We are looking for an AI / Software Engineer to help drive AI adoption, productivity improvements, and process transformation within our engineering organization. In this role, you will identify opportunities to improve how we work, lead and coordinate AI‑related initiatives, evaluate new technologies, and help teams adopt more efficient ways of working. You will also contribute to product development activities and support release commitments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AI‑based tools, workflows, and best practices.
• Identify and lead productivity and process improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and turn them into practical engineering solutions.
• Coordinate AI‑related activities across teams and share best practices.
• Contribute to software development and product delivery activities.
• Support project and release work as priorities require.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong software development skills in C++, C#, and Python.
• Experience driving technical initiatives and delivering results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in AI technologies and their practical application to software engineering.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others to drive improvements.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
