Overview

In this AI Solution Architect role, you will bridge business goals and AI-powered design within METRO.digital’s AI & Automation Platform. You’ll translate needs into technically feasible solutions, coaching squads and liaising with data scientists, AI engineers, and developers. You’ll prototype rapid POCs using cloud AI services and open endpoints, and shape the integration of AI into METRO’s enterprise landscape. This is a chance to influence METRO’s AI-driven future by setting standards, guiding governance, and inspiring cross-functional teams.

Link technical, business, and governance stakeholders to shape AI-powered solutions
Translate business goals into AI-enabled designs with cross-functional teams
Prototype quick POCs using cloud AI/ML services and LLM endpoints
Design agent and multi-agent architectures
Integrate AI solutions into the enterprise application landscape
Provide comparative analysis and technical recommendations across AI options
Define standards, frameworks, and best practices for AI/ML systems
Advise stakeholders on technical vision and strategy

Zentrale Anforderungen

Experience architecting AI-powered products on Google Cloud Platform
Architect role experience in cloud environments
Strong understanding of diverse tech stacks and architectural approaches
Ability to translate architectural choices into non-functional requirements (scalability, performance, availability, security) for AI solutions
Knowledge of agent and multi-agent system principles
Experience with modern operations approaches (CI/CD, logging, monitoring) in AI contexts
Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
