AI Solution Architect (m/f/d)

As an AI Solution Architect, you are the strategic link between our innovative AI products and the needs of our customers. You will act at the interface of sales and product development, ensuring our customers can fully leverage the potential of our AI solutions. Your expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise IT and data privacy is crucial for developing and implementing tailored, future-proof AI strategies for companies.

Your responsibilities

Strategic customer consulting: You will provide comprehensive advice to our customers on designing and implementing their AI strategy, particularly with regard to AI, AI privacy, data sovereignty and compliance (e.g. GDPR, EU AI Act).

Onboarding and enablement: You are responsible for the smooth onboarding of new customers, conducting in-depth product training and enabling them to integrate NENNA.AI optimally into their processes.

Architecture and solution design: You will design complex AI solutions for our customers, identify potential for agentic AI workflows and ensure technical implementation.

Use case development: You will identify and design innovative agentic use cases for our customers, helping them to deploy these efficiently and in compliance with data privacy regulations.

Technical sparring partner: You will act as the primary technical contact for our customers and offer high-quality support that goes beyond mere troubleshooting – you are a true solution provider.

Feedback and product development: As the voice of the customer, you will bring valuable insights and requirements directly into our product team to continuously develop NENNA.AI .

Your profile

Expertise in AI and data privacy: You have sound knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, ideally generative AI and agentic AI, alongside an understanding of data protection topics and data security.

Technical affinity and SaaS experience: You have experience with SaaS solutions, cloud infrastructures and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Solution orientation and consulting: You are a creative mind with strong analytical skills, capable of translating complex customer problems into viable and scalable AI solutions. Ideally, you already have experience in technical consulting or as a solution architect.

Python coding skills: Ideally, you bring basic to advanced Python skills to develop prototypes or evaluate integration solutions.

Strong communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (must-have) and English are essential for interacting with customers and internal teams.

Customer focus: You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and building long-term relationships.

Hands-on mentality: You are willing to dive into technical details and quickly adapt to new technologies.

Team player: You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, are proactive and actively contribute to the team.
