focus on business value, scalability and adoptionAct as the interface between business and technology by translating requirements into
solution designs and implementation plansCollaborate
closely with the central Hybrid Customer Journey function, corporate IT, and
business stakeholders across digital marketingFoster strong
collaboration between Munich and Bangalore teams and coordinate implementation across locationsTake end-to-end ownership from use-case discovery and prototyping to deployment, adoption and
continuous improvementEnsure solutions are user-centric, maintainable and aligned with relevant data, security and architecture standardsYour profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field3–5 years of
professional experience in AI, automation, software engineering, digital product development, or advanced analyticsHands-on experience with Python, APIs, SQL and cloud- or enterprise-based digital solutionsPractical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG concepts and workflow automationExperience developing AI and automation solutions on enterprise cloud platforms, based on Red Hat OpenShift; knowledge of Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, n8n, or comparable technologies is a plusAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, prototypes
and implementation roadmapsSolid understanding of data integration, process automation and software development
fundamentalsStrong stakeholder management, communication and project leadership skills in an international environmentExperience in digital marketing, customer journey management, web, campaign, content or lead
management is a plusEntrepreneurial
