AI Solution Strategist

In this role, you will shape and launch conversational AI agents that handle high-volume customer interactions. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to translate business needs into high-performing AI solutions. You’ll lead multiple complex agent projects and bridge tech and business stakeholders throughout development. You’ll apply conversational design and data insights to improve customer outcomes and internal decision-making. This is a front-row opportunity to drive enterprise AI strategy and execution at NiCE.

• Translate business requirements into well-designed AI agents
• Lead delivery across multiple concurrent agent projects
• Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Shape agent behavior through conversational design and data-informed iteration
• Surface actionable insights to improve customer outcomes and decisions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline (or demonstrated equivalent experience)
• Experience juggling multiple high-stakes projects
• History of rallying cross-functional teams in demanding environments
• Solid grasp of software development fundamentals, product management, and engineering workflows
• Ability to operate with technical depth alongside engineers and PMs
• Experience with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy
• Practical understanding of deploying AI for high-volume real customer interactions
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to simplify complex technical detail
• Strong critical thinking and comfort with ambiguity, ability to lead across workstreams
