AI Solutions Team Lead (Fully Remote)

• You will guide the technical development of AI solutions supporting medical teams and operational decision-making.
• Lead a hybrid team of developers to build scalable, secure, and ethically responsible AI tools.
• Contribute to defining MSF's AI platform, toolbox, and long-term technical strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Oversee design and build of AI software with focus on APIs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
• Ensure solution documentation, security, privacy compliance, and robust product lifecycle management.

Candidate Profile:

• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent, with 5+ years as a development team lead.
• Experience with AI solutions following MLOps, CI/CD, and Agile, and familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, Python, Terraform, GitHub.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and problem-solving skills; non-profit experience is a plus.

• A Dutch employment contract based on 40 hours per week, with a gross monthly salary of €4,875 to €6,711.
