AI Transformation & Process Excellence Consultant (all genders)

In this role you apply AX Design and AI-enabled methods to transform client processes. You will produce trend analyses, benchmark against peers, and shape future-state process specifications with AI integration points. You’ll support digital and platform solutions, build data-driven assessments, and guide change impact using AI-assisted tools. You contribute to a knowledge base while staying current with emerging AI capabilities, delivering high-quality, actionable recommendations.

• Produce industry/function trend analyses and benchmarking outputs
• Design future-state processes with AI integration points and human–machine interaction requirements
• Support delivery of digital and platform solutions across operations
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments with AI-assisted tools
• Conduct benchmarking using AI-accelerated tools and create change-impact assessments
• Review and improve domain reinvention designs and playbooks with domain expertise
• Contribute to reference library and continuous learning in the domain
• Apply AX Design principles to AI integration designs, defining agent behavior and handoffs

• Experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting
• Experience producing trend analyses, benchmarking outputs, or change-impact assessments
• Experience using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools (e.g., Platform Native AI capabilities)
• Experience integrating AI and automating business process design
• Project delivery experience in consulting or relevant industry domain
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into structured recommendations
