AI Transformation & Process Excellence Consultant (all genders)

You drive AI-enabled transformation by integrating AX Design into future-state processes. You produce trend analyses and benchmarking to reveal reinvention opportunities and design AI integration points, human–machine interaction, and workforce adoption. You support process analysis and digital solution delivery, grounded in AI-assisted analytics and visualization. You contribute to a growing knowledge base and apply construction of agent-based designs to client processes, shaping measurable impact.

• Produce industry/functional trend analyses and benchmarking to identify reinvention opportunities
• Design future-state processes with AI integration points and new operating models
• Support process analysis and delivery of digital/platform solutions across operations
• Build analytical frameworks using AI-assisted visualization and analysis tools
• Conduct benchmarking with AI-accelerated tools and create change-impact assessments
• Apply AX Design to specify how AI agents behave within redesigned steps and manage handoffs
• Contribute to reference library and maintain domain expertise with continuous learning
• Review and improve domain-specific reinvention designs and playbooks for clients

• Experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting
• Experience producing trend analyses, benchmarking outputs, or change-impact assessments
• Experience using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools (e.g., Platform Native AI capabilities)
• Experience integrating AI and automating business process design
• Consulting experience or relevant industry experience in one or more target domains
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into structured recommendations
• German language skills at C1 level or higher

• Familiarity with process mapping or process modeling tools
• Ability to build and deploy AI agents for business problems
• Proficiency with AI-assisted analytics, visualization, and benchmarking tools
