Overview

In this role, you lead future-state process design at the intersection of human, agent, and process, embedding AI to reshape operating models. You act as the domain authority, guiding clients and teams through discovery, benchmarking, and adoption. You shape AI agent experiences within each process step to balance business outcomes with people’s work. You drive practical transformation with cross-functional collaboration and executive stakeholder engagement.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead future-state process specification and AI integration design
Run client discovery workshops and present to senior leadership
Conduct benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments
Facilitate design thinking and co-creation with cross-functional client teams
Connect operating model to future-state processes for credible transformation
Document redesign methods and contribute to playbooks
Contribute to business development through proposals and opportunity qualification
Coach junior practitioners on process redesign and AI design principles
Embed AX Design principles into process specifications, defining AI agent experiences, autonomy, escalation, and handoffs

Zentrale Anforderungen

Experience in process excellence, redesign, or management consulting
Ability to lead client discovery workshops and present to senior leadership
Proven track record in benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments
Experience using AI-assisted tools for benchmarking, analytics, or workshop facilitation
Experience designing future-state processes with AI and operating model changes
Prior integration of AI and automated business process design
Deep expertise in delivering projects in at least one industry domain
Applied knowledge of AI design principles for agent experiences and handoffs
