Overview

In this role you drive digitally enabled solutions for the supply chain, translating business needs into AI, robotics, and automation applications. You will work with supply chain stakeholders and implementation teams to identify use cases and deliver scalable, user-centric initiatives that improve supply chain excellence. The role emphasizes innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable ROI while upskilling teams to think digitally. You’ll shape roadmaps and align technical and non-technical stakeholders to enable adoption of modern technologies.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Define strategy and roadmaps for AI/automation initiatives in the supply chain
Identify high-impact use cases and select appropriate technical solutions
Lead end-to-end implementation of digital solutions with cross-functional teams
Ensure solutions are scalable, user-centric, and integrate with existing systems
Manage stakeholders and drive change management for user adoption
Promote continuous improvement by leveraging emerging AI/automation/robotics trends
Foster a culture of innovation and upskilling across teams to adopt a digital lens

Zentrale Anforderungen

6+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 3 years in Supply Chain Automation, Robotics, and/or AI/ML implementations
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Strong track record delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time with ROI
Extensive supply chain expertise, especially in demand planning and supply planning, plus familiarity with AI/ML and robotics
Excellent stakeholder management and multi-team collaboration across technical and business units
