About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Workflow Automation Engineer to design and implement AI-driven automation solutions across business operations.

You’ll work at the intersection of AI, APIs, and process automation, helping organisations streamline workflows in areas such as HR, finance, and customer operations by integrating intelligent systems into existing processes.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building practical, high-impact automation solutions that deliver immediate business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows across business functions
• Integrate AI models and APIs into existing systems and processes
• Develop and maintain automation using RPA tools and custom scripts
• Optimise workflows for efficiency, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
• Monitor and improve performance of deployed automation solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years experience in automation, RPA, or workflow engineering
• Strong Python and experience working with APIs
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar)
• Understanding of business process automation and system integration
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs into workflows
• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
• Understanding of data handling and compliance considerations (GDPR)
