Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Air Chartering Manager (m/f/d) in Hanau, Germany or Dubai.

Key responsibilities:

Sourcingand negotiating most competitive air charter solutions for deugrocustomers globally
Handlingand advising on the sales prices, terms and conditions internally, and providingguidance on operational matters and post fixture
Maintainingand improving business relations with existing and new airline partners
Supportingworldwide deugro offices to develop sales leads where available, includingparticipating in joint customer meetings, etc.
Businessdevelopment and promoting of air charter services to external customers
Travellingfor business meetings and field supervision of contracted charters ifrequired

Skills, knowledge and expertise:

Solid experience and knowledge of air charter market (minimum 5 years’ experience with a forwarder, air charter broker or a carrier)
Team skills, flexibility and dedication, with the ability to work under pressure and attention to details
Ability to be assertive and take responsibility, and a distinct hands-on mentality round off your profile
Sales experience is a plus
Good communication, networking and relationship building skills
Client-centric way of thinking and acting, as well as a friendly and confident appearance.
English – professional proficiency (other languages would also be a plus)
