Air Freight Pricing Specialist (f/m/d)

In this role you manage ad-hoc pricing requests for global and own-operated customers, aligning pricing with local needs and margin targets. You will work with operations, sales, and cross-functional teams to craft competitive, feasible solutions and document quotations with clear reporting. You monitor follow-ups on spot quotes and inquiries, maintaining alignment with the Commercial Team and customer-specific pricing rules. The position offers exposure to pricing strategy and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Receive and review ad-hoc pricing requests from global and own-controlled customers
• Clarify customer requirements as needed
• Apply pricing according to local price sensitivity in collaboration with operations and sales
• Support execution of margin and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with Airfreight Pricing & Procurement Team and Gateway Team to develop competitive solutions
• Document all quotations thoroughly and provide insightful reporting to stakeholders
• Follow-up on spot quotations and related inquiries and monitor success rates
• Coordinate with the Commercial Team and adhere to customer-specific pricing instructions

• Experience in airfreight operations or sales
• Self-reliant, able to work under time pressure
• Confident and professional in negotiations and communication with customers and suppliers
• Strong numerical understanding and attention to detail
• Business fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
