What you'll do

Command Airbus A320neo flights across Marabu’s growing international leisure network.
Uphold the highest safety standards in accordance with EASA regulations and company SOPs.
Foster clear, timely communication with crew, operations, and ATC to ensure smooth, passenger-focused operations.
Lead by example, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and efficient decision-making.
Champion stable, well-planned operations supported by modern rostering practices.

What you bring

Mindset: Professional, calm, collaborative, and solution-oriented; strong communication and teamwork skills.
Minimum experience:
- Total time: 3000 hours
- PIC time: 2000 hours
- In type: 1000 hours
- PIC in type: 500 hours
Qualifications:
- Type rating: A320 family rating required
- License: ATPL
- Accepted licenses: EASA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 minimum
