AIRBUS: Airframe Services Offering & Pricing Manager (d/m/w)

You will ll work as Offering and Pricing Manager (m/w/d) in the transnational Offering and Pricing team for Airbus Sevices.

Your responsibilities:

• Drafting and amending of individual services upgrades sales contract documents reflecting the obligations as well as the agreements reached between Airbus and its customer(s), in compliance with applicable approval processes.
• Ensuring that the contractual obligations and revenues are consistent with (or represent the best compromise between) Airbus’ industrial, technical, legal, or any other constraints, in particular with regard to the profitability associated with the contract and the risks.
• Establishing of a pricing strategy (alignment of the value proposition); ensuring that the risks and obligations resulting from the sales contracts are acceptable to Airbus and approved.
• Presenting strong business case for the commercial offer.
• Collaboration with Business Lines, Contracts and regional Sales colleagues in preparing offers.
• Commercial recording and evaluation of risks and key financial data.
• Provide insights to marketing plans.
• Accountable to represent internally the Voice of the Customer Lead and to manage the commercial offer preparation, ensuring best financial result.

Your profil:

• Completed degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in finance, customer service, and project management.
• Experience working in an international environment is a strong advantage.
• Experience in contract management, marketing, and pricing is welcome.
• Very good communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking and comfortable with numbers.
• Independent and proactive way of working.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Confident and friendly manner.
