Implementation and management of comprehensive commercial and operational asset management for assigned properties and companies; preparation of operational plans, profitability calculations, business plans, and ongoing monitoring and analysis of deviations; preparation of regular reports such as quarterly and annual financial statements, management reports, and cash flow analyses; handling of corporate law matters, such as the preparation of shareholder meetings; coordination and processing of all necessary operational processes within the real estate companies (e.g., rent invoices, dunning, maintenance); comprehensive contract management, including participation in or conducting lease negotiations and the preparation of draft leases; preparation and execution of property handovers, including the creation of necessary documentation; independent preparation, processing, and review of utility bills and participation in decision‑manding documents.

Qualifications

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare akademische Qualifikation
• Fundierte und zwingend erforderliche Berufserfahrung sowie Spezialkenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Immobilienwirtschaft
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen; Kenntnisse der Google Suite sind von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Stark ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Süddeutschlands
