Responsibilities

• Driving risk & opportunities in the Cabin/ESI/MSI perimeter
• Decision and application of parts of the Programme strategy, including continuous improvement
• Supporting the lead or leading strategic, de‑risking, competitive and continuous improvement initiatives and projects in line with the programme objectives
• Creating, drum‑beating and delivering project management milestone documents according to the applied project management methodology
• Managing crisis by exception, including arbitration between programmes, line fit and in service
• Supporting dedicated WB Programme governance and setting up new ways of working within the team
• Escalating bottom‑up to Management and communicating top‑down to Cabin Commodities
• Allocating AOP (Airbus Operational Planning) budget and making decisions for dedicated budget lines

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including development, design, and business teams
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
